Founder, CEO of MIRRIM, LLC
As an applied scientist and professional coach, Susan has engaged in more than 10,000 hours of research and coaching related to leadership, communication and emotional intelligence learning. Her coaching approach centers around self-reflection and critical thinking to overcome leadership challenges.

With a background in industrial engineering, she honed her process integration and optimization skills across diverse corporate and startup landscapes. She then partnered with a psychology professor at Russia’s St. Petersburg State University to equip future professionals with the tools to navigate difficult conversations. Susan formalized her coaching expertise with International Coaching Federation (ICF) training in 2009.

Over the past decade, she contracted at one of the fastest-growing software companies named by Inc. Magazine. In this role, she has coached and consulted internally and delivered training for 67 organizations. Beyond her professional endeavors, Susan also serves on the board of directors for a global non-profit organization with a diverse staff of 5,000 individuals from 70 nationalities, all operating in 130 languages. In this capacity, she advises the People & Benefits team and oversees annual reviews of the international executive director.
